Autoimmune disorder woes
I can actually feel the weather change days before it happens.
In my bones
in my ears
in my energy levels.
In the way my body reacts when I eat the same food I have been eating for months.
So, what gives, body? Why is my autoimmune glass full again? What did I do this time that you didn't like?
And so the Autoimmune woes begin once again.
On top of being absolutely crushing at times, with the random rashes, the random acne, the random crashes of energy... The immense craving in sugar.
The thing I did wrong this time was... The weather. The weather changed and now my glass is full again and now I have to deal with the consequences.
You know what's worse than having an autoimmune? Nobody takes you seriously, and everyone thinks you're crazy when you tell them it's going to rain in two days because you felt it when you woke up.
