You’re very angry because the programming told you to be
The more I read the discover page on bear the more I see that I disagree with just about everyone that trends popular with their little news posts.
Rather than acting out in anger, though, and replying negatively, I will use this post to explain a different side than what is often described in these particular spaces.
I recognize my humanity and everyone else’s humanities and trivialities, and to me, it’s just that some of us are different pedigrees and prototypes of people.
Not one persons reality will be the same as yours, and yet, reality is still objective. It was never subjective.
Which means, that everything that happens all ties into our collective existence.
History, context, Understanding of human conditions, that all matters and no political side in particular is 100% correct.
What all of that means is that although you THINK you know something you just read briefly on the news about, You dont know the full scope of anything. And you never will, thats normal.
You only think you know, and you react because of how you were trained to react, if the news says rage, you rage. You are simply a vessel, but those are not your real thoughts, those are somebody else's that you have held onto.
Recognize that this is normal, Nobody will ever agree with you 100% and you need to ask yourself what you really think, quiet everyone else's thoughts and ask yourself about your own.
For example, people are mad at The president of the United States for capturing Maduro, whatever the reasoning to be mad, but nobody ever mentions the millions of Venezuelans elated about the action, because they see a chance to go back home. Does that mean they are wrong? No, rethink your position then, or look at it from a different angle.
Instead of reading a headline, and reacting blindly because it’s meant to grab at your negative emotions---》
I ask the dear reader, you, to think these sets of questions to start the process of thinking for yourself whenever you are presented with headlines or facts that pull at your emotions:
- What is the headline trying to tell me to feel?
- why does it want me feeling this way?
- what do I think about this before others even mention it to me? Not the collective narrative, what do I MYSELF, WHAT does MY OWN BRAIN think?
A lot of people were never taught critical thinking, so I hope this helps somebody who actually wants to grow in the year 2026.
Update to this post on 01/09/2026:
I hope when people read this, they did not assume any ill intent, or at worst- assume that I am on the fence- about anything. I have quite clear beliefs. Yet, whether I share those beliefs online or not, or whether they agree with yours is an entirely different story. And it does not matter much what I believe, I am simply relaying a message.
That was not the point of my take on the news. My post was to highlight the need for critical thinking. Most importantly, The point was:
why lead yourself down the path of complete rage? Why believe everything you read on the news, in this day and age? I want you the dear reader to ask yourself questions, to stop and think before you react to any news headline, to any news you are given.
Is this truly something I cant ask, without recieving foaming at the mouth replies, rabid with Trump derangement syndrome, another post possibly directed at me about...Possibly sitting on the imaginary fence that supposedly exists between both sides ?
What if I told you I'm not a moderate? What if I told you I was a communist? If I was a traditionalist, a conservative, a radical tyrant? Would it change my original message? No.
Or maybe it would. One of my lovely readers made a post about being mad at /checks notes/ being healthy because RFK jr. changed the food pyramid. to show whole foods? How asinine...
Well, anyway, How hard is it to understand that there is no fence, that there is only the same play at hands that we need to learn to not fall for. We are so stuck on he did this and she said that, it leaves us angry, raging with pitchforks yet no progress is made either way on either side.
Whether you want total radical change or a traditional Christian framework, what good does it do you to be rabid, mindless angry gulls, ready to pounce on any contradiction said in your general direction.
Ready to skin alive and dissect an innocent provocatuer such as yours truly, x, who is simply trying to relay a profound message in her hour of solitude, on her cute little pink laptop that is on its last legs.
Hope this update leaves everyone thinking.
And yes I quote Aristotle, here's another quote :
